How much does it cost to register my trademark in India?
The cost depends on the number of classes in which a mark is to be protected. Our professional fee for one-class application is ₹1,499 + government fee. The government fee will be ₹4,500 for Individuals and ₹9,000 for businesses (if you are incorporated as a registered entity in India). No additional fees unless there is a refusal or opposition.

The applicant must use the designated form outlined in the Trade Marks Act of 1999. Specifically, if the trademark application is awaiting registration, the appropriate form to use is TM-M.
